Returns Policy

We regret to say that based on Health and Safety regulations we cannot accept any returns of opened bottles (broken seal). Nevertheless, vaping is our passion. Our mission is for you to have a very pleasant shopping experience in par with the quality of our products. If you feel that either ourselves or our products have failed you in any way please Contact Us with your order number, the batch number of your purchased product (this can be found on the product packaging) and details about the problem. We are here to help, we will respond and solve the issue swiftly

Returns can only be accepted after you have contacted us and received authorisation prior to the return. Upon authorisation, we will email a form for you to print out to enclose with your return.

Authorised returns must be sent back to us within seven days of your return authorisation date.

If making a return during your 14-day cooling-off period, the Items returned must be in unused condition and in original and unopened packaging. The items will not be accepted if they do not meet these conditions or a restocking fee may be charged. You must ensure all parts are returned including but not limited to bottles, leaflets, and packaging.

We recommend you appropriately insure any returns as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

We will not refund return shipping charges except where a return is as a result of an error on our part, or faulty goods returned within their warranty period. This includes the shipping costs we incurred shipping the item to your address, which will be deducted from any refund issued. You will need to pay the return shipping costs unless we have provided a postage-paid returns label. Where we have agreed to reimburse international return postage costs, the maximum reimbursement will be £10.00.

Opened e-liquid bottles may not be returned under any circumstances for safety,hygiene, and compliance reasons.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world that we are allowed to ship, and we strive to be fast with most of our orders shipped the same day. We use DHL Express for all UK and European orders and DHL Packet Plus (Deutsche Post) for all other International orders

DHL Express UK: 1-3 days
DHL Express Europe: 1-4 days
DHL Express Rest of World: 2-5 days

DHL Global Mail Rest of World: (10-15 days) please allow up to 25 working days for your order to be received.

DHL Express requires a signature upon delivery.

Delays may occur due to local customs clearance procedures.

We offer:

FREE U.K. SHIPPING on all orders over £50.

FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on all orders over £80. 

The shipping cost on smaller orders will be calculated on checkout

Please note: For UK deliveries, DHL will attempt to deliver your order 3 times. After the third attempt, your order will be returned to us. 

If you contact DHL and request delivery with no signature  (ie. to leave the package on your doorstep) neither we or DHL assume responsibility if the package is lost. 

You will be charged with an additional shipping cost if you want us to re-send your order.

Russian customers: We only ship to Russia with Deutsche Post because it is the only shipping method that is not held at customs. Please note that shipping can take up to 2 weeks and in some cases up to 3 weeks.

Российские клиенты: Мы отправляем только в Россию с Deutsche Post, потому что это единственный способ доставки, который не хранится на таможне. Обратите внимание, что доставка может занять до 2 недель, а в некоторых случаях - до 3 недель.


We are sincerely sorry but due to  TPD and Local Customs restrictions there are some countries that may restrict entry of your parcel. If your destination country does not appear in the country list during checkout, unfortunately we can not ship your order.


When ordering from a country that has Customs Restrictions on electronic cigarette nicotine containing products you order at your own risk. If your delivery is delayed in your local customs, we will try to assist, but cannot be held responsible if they destroy the goods or return them to us. If your local customs charge you for Import Tax or other applicable taxes for releasing the goods to you, we cannot be held liable for these charges, and they must be paid by you. If your package is returned to us we will contact you and offer a refund for the value of the goods, but we will deduct the original postage costs and the return costs. If you wish for us to resend your order, this will incur additional shipping charges.

UK Bank Holidays
Please note we do not ship on UK Bank Holidays.
If you place an order after shipping cut-off time on the previous day of a Bank Holiday, or on a Bank Holiday, we will ship your order on the next available working day.
