It is a criminal offence to supply vaping products to customers under the age of 18 in the UK. In addition, as of May 2016, Tobacco Products Directive 2014/14/EU requires age verification for all online sales of vaping products.

As a consequence, to ensure absolute and full compliance all new account registrations include a request for entry of the account applicants Date of Birth. The first purchase on every account is verified by an industry recognised age verification service. 

To avoid Age Verification failure and for the process to run smoothly, please register your account using your home address. You can of course add as many shipping addresses as you wish. The most common reason for Age Verification search failure is because of incorrect addresses. Please make sure you use your actual home or billing address as the main address on your account, rather than a work, delivery or other address. This allows the age verification service to verify your age promptly and correctly and avoid delays to process your order.
 
The age verification service returns an immediate match in the majority of cases, but this process can take up to 12 hours. If after this period no match is found we will email you requesting a scan or clear photo of your ID card, driving licence or passport. Once we have received and validated your ID, we will verify your account and we won't need to verify you again. Your personal data remains confidential as per our Privacy Policy.
 
Please note that the dispatch of your first purchase may be delayed up to 12 hours due to the age verification process. Once you have registered your account and your age has been verified after your first purchase, all subsequent purchases are not age verified, and are dispatched same day.
