Our finest and most famous Cuban tobacco blend. Dry, with gentle aromas and superb acidic undertones that compliment fruity, minty, and tobacco flavours.
  • This is a 60ml slightly concentrated liquid designed to be mixed with your own flavourings and/or liquids to produce superior ready to vape liquid.  
  • It comes in a 60ml black glass bottle to be used as a vessel for mixing and storing your liquid. 
  • When mixed with nicotine shots It can be used as a lighter liquid tobacco version.
  • This product contains no nicotine, nor any other known toxic substances.
  • To the best of our knowledge this product has no international shipping restrictions 
Tobaccos: Superior Cuban tobacco blend.
Production: One week of cold steeping followed by a single cold press.
Filtering: Two stage filtering, pure to 5 micron.
Flavourings: Tobacco Extracted / Organic Extracts
Base: 50/50, USP/EP Monopropylene Glycol, USP/EP Vegetable Glycerine 100% rapeseed origin, GMO free.
Notes: No added sugar, sweeteners, synthetic flavourings, or animal products have been used in the production of this liquid

    I have been using HOL for several years now and I vape nothing else. Before discovering HOL I had spent a lot of time and money trying to find the best tobacco e-liquid out there. Quite simply, in my opinion, HOL is and always has been years ahead of the competition. Cigarillos and Puros as my other reviews will testify are in my opinion the best available on the market bar none! But, then came Cigarillos Base! Because I do not mix my liquid, when this was launched some time ago now I never really paid any attention, (big mistake). Out of curiosity I added some to my latest order and all I can say is “Georgio, how do you do it?” this base liquid is outstanding and I will be adding Puros base to my next order as well. So, if you are scouring the web looking for the “Holy Grail” of liquid tobacco (like I was for years) then do yourself a big favour and look no further, this is where the Grail lives! I hope you never retire Georgio, but if you do, please let me have the secret before you go. Regards, Pete.

    I bought the 0mg Base for mixing. I wouldn't say that Tia had much of a cigar flavor but more of an intense tobacco one. The Cuban Puros was certainly better taste of a cigar.

    I have taste the majority of tobacco extracted juice. I think that the House off Liquid is the best company in this category and the Cigarillo is on top. This liquid allow you to make the recipe as you want.

    Very light, smooth and tasty tobacco base. Perfect for DIY experiments. I've added a little bit of Green Apple from HoL Organico Line and almost get an Eden taste)

    Because of the name similarity i thought im buying Cigarillos in bulk which is not true. Don't get me wrong this is as amazing as Cigarillo and i absolutely love it!
